Seminar by Christl. March 28-29th 201901.04.2019
On March 28th and 29th "BELSTAR" Group of Companies of Compaies organized the seminar "Pickles and Ingredients produced by "CHRISTL" (Austria) in the manufacturing of grilled products." Ingredients and blends by CHRISTL Department has been represented in the assortment of 'Belstar" for a long time proving their high quality. Bearing in mind seasonal demand for grilled products we suggested our technologists, sales managers and clients to taste them both in the conditions of manufacturing and as ready-made. Species were worked out on such products as shashlik, grilled sausages, cevapi and burgers. Special attention was paid to delicacies, specifically to Italian sausages line with CHRISTL species.
Two busy working days gave us the chance to get theoretical knowledge, to practice, to taste the products, to express opinions and to leave information in check lists, which will be the base for future working out of recepies.
Our Guests received brochures with new recepies corrected after their use on manufacturing plants. Such recepies are the field for constant "creation process" by Gunther Yashke, our leading CHRISTL technologist. We thank kindly all participants for good job done!
